- Scope
- Select the records that leave your phone. The app does not quietly copy the whole Health database.
- Access
- Give an agent only a separate read credential. Its types and expiration stay visible to you.
- Exit
- Pause uploads, export your cloud records, revoke an agent, erase data, or delete the account from the app.

Health Relay is a data-transfer tool, not medical advice or a medical device. It does not monitor emergencies. Apple Health permissions and background timing remain controlled by iOS.
